About the Role
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions across the organization. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and transforming data from multiple sources to create insights that support program management, operational decision‑making, and strategic initiatives, while delivering dashboards, applications, and automated workflows to internal and external partners. Typical assignments include preparing data for reporting, building Power BI datasets and visualizations, creating Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and translating raw data into structured formats with business rules and quality checks. The analyst will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements and support testing, deployment, and long‑term maintenance of analytics products. • Design and deploy analytics solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Collect, prepare, and integrate data from internal and external sources while ensuring data quality. • Automate data collection and transformation processes for repeatable reporting. • Interpret data trends to support program management and strategic planning. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions. • Document business requirements, system logic, data flows, and deployment procedures. • Conduct data validation and quality assurance to meet organizational standards. • Provide technical support and user assistance for dashboards and automated workflows. • Develop and promote analytics standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. • Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise within the analytics team. • Maintain and enhance Power BI datasets, data models, and visualizations. • Create Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, along with 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Candidates should possess strong data‑modeling and SQL skills, be adept at interpreting complex datasets, and have experience working in multidisciplinary teams; a security clearance is not required.
