About the Role
• Set and inspect forms for proper concrete placement. • Finish all concrete work. • Place, spread, level, consolidate, and smooth concrete using pumps, tools, and trowels. • Mold expansion joints and edges with edging tools and straightedge. • Perform patching and repair work. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots and ridges using pneumatic chisels, grinders, or hand tools. • Prepare existing surfaces for repair materials. • Apply curing, hardening, and sealing compounds to concrete surfaces. • Assist with site safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety codes. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and employees. • Provide valid I‑9 documentation.
