Job Highlights
About the Role
• Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Create basic mechanical designs and develop specifications, system narratives, and layouts. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports, analysis of system options, and building condition assessments. • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with other trades and consultants. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Oversee construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations. • Participate in the Technical Leadership Committee and support technical training and mentorship.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Minimum 8 years of consulting MEP experience, including mission-critical projects. • At least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Proficient in hands-on design and CAD/Revit tools.
