About the Role
As a Leasing Professional you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. Direct interaction with prospective and current residents is key to our success, and you will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy and fostering resident satisfaction. • Create applicant files, verify qualifications, and submit applications within 24 hours • Lead prospects on tours of vacant/model units and highlight features • Schedule lease signings and complete lease agreements promptly • Maintain courteous communication with residents and promote retention programs • Inspect vacant units, track traffic and availability daily to maintain high occupancy • Support office team goals, assist with property tasks, and demonstrate flexible hours • Research community and competition, assist mailings, distribute flyers, and shop competitive properties • Follow up with prospective residents at least five times and respond promptly to calls/emails • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and all company policies
