About the Role

• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons • Collaborate with Project Manager on fee payments and recurring permit expenses • Develop and maintain material tracking, test and inspection listings, concrete placement log, and non‑conformance reports • Create, manage, and distribute contract documents • Establish procedures for handling electronic documents, RFIs, and correspondence • Support processes and procedures for project closeout • Oversee testing and inspection processes for construction quality management • Manage submittals and ensure timely distribution • Develop and distribute RFIs and change orders • Mentor, manage, and evaluate field engineers' performance • Determine alternative work methods as needed • Coordinate safety and compliance for all team members • Maintain schedule timelines and ensure completion

Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $84,100 to $113,500, with higher ranges for locations like Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C. Compensation is placed within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
