About the Role
• Clean apartments after move‑out and prepare them for new residents. • Remove all trash from the grounds daily. • Sweep sidewalks and driveways regularly. • Water trees and trim grass and shrubs. • Support the maintenance team with make‑readies and assist housekeeping as needed. • Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs. • Distribute flyers and letters to residents when required. • Help keep the maintenance shop clean. • Maintain property security by retaining all keys and limiting access.

What You Bring
The position requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for snow/ice or emergency calls. The Porter must also maintain property security, keeping all keys in personal possession and refusing unauthorized distribution.
