About the Role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed and well-maintained property. This role places maximum emphasis on responding positively to tenant concerns and needs while working to increase the property's value in alignment with the owner's goals. Assignments to specific action areas are made at the discretion of the Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to best meet the property's needs. • Administer daily operations and implement property policies and programs. • Prioritize responsive service to tenant concerns and needs. • Enhance property value in coordination with owner objectives. • Support the Property Manager by handling assigned action areas.
