About the Role
In this role you will drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships and representing AECOM’s full spectrum of services across geographies. You will develop and execute account plans that align with business strategies, uncover new opportunities for integrated service delivery, and lead diverse, cross‑regional teams to achieve revenue targets. Acting as the primary interface with clients, you will ensure clear communication, alignment, and consistent delivery of value. • Drive account growth by building and maintaining strategic client relationships. • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategies to identify new service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate cross‑regional, multidisciplinary teams to meet revenue targets and client expectations. • Serve as the primary interface between AECOM and clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery of value.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have experience as an oil & gas client account manager and a proven ability to build multi‑level relationships and influence key decision makers. Strong business‑development skills, consultative selling, and strategic account planning are essential, as is the capacity to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts. Commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiations, and profitable growth, together with experience in environmental contaminated‑land assessment and remediation projects, are highly desired. • Experience in oil & gas client account management and multi‑level stakeholder engagement. • Strong business development, consultative selling, and strategic account planning abilities. • Proven capability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts. • Commercial acumen in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and driving profitable growth. • Background in environmental contaminated‑land assessment and remediation projects.
