About the Role
The role involves mastering Otis’s product and service offerings, analyzing market trends, and surveying the assigned territory to identify key decision‑makers. The incumbent will regularly engage with customers, architects, consultants and contractors to assess short‑ and long‑term needs, generate qualified leads, and keep the CRM system current. From proposal preparation and negotiation to order collection and contract administration, the executive will drive the full sales cycle while coordinating with installation teams and internal departments such as engineering, finance and manufacturing. Ethical conduct and accurate record‑keeping are essential to achieving the annual sales and collection targets. • Conduct territory surveys, identify key contacts and build long‑term relationships with customers, architects, consultants and contractors. • Generate, qualify and nurture business leads, keeping CRM data up‑to‑date. • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, secure orders and manage contracts through to collection. • Coordinate Sales‑Installation (SIP) meetings and liaise with engineering, installation, finance and manufacturing teams. • Meet or exceed annual sales and collection targets while adhering to ethical standards.

What You Bring
The Executive – New Equipment Sales position is based in Pondicherry, Tiruvannamalai, or Vellore, India. Candidates should hold an engineering degree and have 3 to 7 years of B2B or B2C sales experience within the engineering, manufacturing, construction, or real‑estate sectors. • Engineering graduate with 3‑7 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction or real‑estate sectors. • Proven track record selling products or services to corporate clients, architects, or construction consultants. • Deep understanding of Otis product portfolio, market trends and competitive landscape.
