About the Role
The successful candidate will emphasize safety excellence, work independently, and be responsible for maintaining crushing, screening, and conveying equipment, as well as supporting plant operations and equipment installations. • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on stationary crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and other plant systems. • Replace or repair bearings, belts, pulleys, motors, gearboxes, liners, and other plant components as needed. • Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment and structures. • Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and setup of new plant components. • Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. • Collaborate with production personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. • Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts for maintenance tasks. • Follow company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations. • Participate in daily safety meetings and promptly communicate equipment issues to supervisors. • Work the regular 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.

The shift runs approximately from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., with a starting pay of $27 per hour ($22 base plus $5 shift differential), payable based on experience.
