About the Role
In this role you will drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships across geographies, develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service, and act as the primary interface with clients to ensure clear communication and consistent delivery of value. These activities support AECOM’s full spectrum of services and contribute to agreed revenue targets. • Drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships across geographies. • Create and execute account plans aligned with business strategy to uncover integrated service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver client service and meet revenue targets. • Serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and clients, ensuring clear communication and value delivery.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with oil & gas client account management experience, strong business development and consultative selling skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while collaborating across diverse teams. Commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, profitable growth, and a proven background in contaminated land assessment and remediation projects are highly desired. • Possess oil & gas client account management experience. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision‑makers and maintain multi‑level relationships. • Strong business development skills, including consultative selling and strategic planning. • Ability to lead through ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams, and resolve conflicts. • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contract negotiation, and profitable growth. • Proven background in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects.
