About the Role

• Approve in‑process production by confirming specifications, performing visual and measurement checks, and communicating adjustments or rework to the supervisor. • Generate iAuditor inspection reports and collaborate with production to close open items promptly. • Create quality check sheets and standards for new products. • Mentor and liaise with production, electrical, plumbing, and stores teams to ensure work meets client standards. • Work with engineering and production to implement more efficient manufacturing processes. • Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives. • Model and maintain a safe, healthy work environment in compliance with standards and legal regulations. • Support the quality management system and organizational mission through related tasks.

What You Bring

Silent‑Aire Europe is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to check, document, and troubleshoot products, ensuring they meet high production standards required by the company and its customers. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to discuss and influence inspection results with manufacturing personnel, and be able to devise and develop new inspection check sheets for new designs. The role requires a methodical, highly organized person with a keen eye for detail, a result‑driven approach, and proficiency in MS Office. • Hold a third‑level qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering. • Demonstrate conscientiousness, responsibility, and a high level of attention to detail. • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. • Understand quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
