About the Role
The Regional Senior Digital Partner‑Channel drives partner programs and manages digital touchpoints to boost channel engagement across Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. The role creates channel‑animation strategies, integrates local insights, and works with Channel Marketing and external agencies to activate partners through digital initiatives. Candidates may be based in any of the five countries. The primary focus is on partner programs, channel engagement, digital activation and animations. The incumbent will deliver digital partner program plans, execution reports, engagement‑metric dashboards, and localized strategies that follow global guidelines. • Ensure seamless offline‑to‑online customer journey. • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness for greater business impact. • Generate innovative ideas to achieve marketing excellence. • Execute digital partner programs to strengthen channel relationships. • Develop strategies for channel animation and digital engagement. • Incorporate local market insights into global frameworks. • Activate partners through digital campaigns, animations and interactive content. • Track and improve engagement metrics. • Brief and manage agencies for creative development and campaign execution. • Ensure agency deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines and quality standards. • Prepare agency briefs and evaluate performance.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related fields and bring at least seven years of experience in digital or channel marketing and partner engagement. They must have proven agency management, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, while being capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
