About the Role
In this role you will build and oversee a front‑of‑house Office Experience team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and collaboration. By partnering with office leadership and internal teams, you will amplify the employee voice, communicate professionally, and drive innovative programs that enrich workplace culture. You will curate destination‑style employee experience programs, collaborate with HR and IT on onboarding, and act as a hospitality ambassador for both guests and daily operations. Office management responsibilities include budgeting, vendor contracts, moves, repairs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the office. The manager will ensure exceptional internal and external meetings and events—such as fireside chats, bonus celebrations, and client appreciation gatherings—by managing calendars, sourcing venues, handling catering, and overseeing budgets and vendor relationships. You will also develop rotating employee‑experience initiatives and support high‑profile client events with meticulous attention to detail. • Lead and develop a front‑of‑house Office Experience team focused on hospitality excellence. • Design and launch employee experience programs, recognition events, and onboarding initiatives. • Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and leadership to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and office operations. • Oversee office logistics, including moves, repairs, supplies, cleanliness, and building management liaison. • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, conferences, and client events, handling venues, catering, and budgets. • Maintain a dynamic events calendar and implement rotating employee‑experience strategies. • Manage large‑scale event budgets, logistics, and post‑event evaluations to ensure successful outcomes. • Build cross‑functional relationships to champion employee well‑being and engagement. • Continuously improve workplace processes by adopting best practices and new technologies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 8‑10 years of experience in professional services, proven team leadership, and large‑scale event ownership, along with strong facilitation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder partnership skills. The position is in‑person in Dallas, Texas (relocation welcome).
