About the Role

The specialist will document interactions, create clear knowledge articles, and escalate complex problems to senior staff. They will also manage a personal backlog, keep customers informed of progress, and stay current on product enhancements relevant to the ENI industry. • Respond to support requests via phone, chat, web, forums and other channels following documented processes • Document support interactions in the company-wide case management system • Create concise knowledge‑base articles detailing problems and solutions • Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff • Research, verify, and document product defects • Manage personal backlog of support tickets • Provide customers and partners with regular progress updates • Participate in product beta programs and testing events • Stay informed on product improvements relevant to ENI industry • Influence product management and development for enhancements

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, have at least three years of ENI industry experience, and be proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D in a production setting.
