About the Role

In this role you will ensure STR remains the market leader in global hotel benchmarking by driving growth of hotel participants and industry clients across the region. You will own the full sales cycle—including prospecting, lead qualification, closing, onboarding, training and subscription renewal—while providing an effective, efficient service and safeguarding data integrity. • Generate new business subscriptions with hotels and industry partners • Manage, retain, and develop client relationships to grow data, product use, and subscription value • Develop and implement strategic account management plans • Negotiate and renew client contracts • Deliver presentations to onboard and educate clients on STR products • Represent STR at client meetings, third‑party and industry conferences, providing market data insights • Travel regularly across Southeast Asia from Singapore base • Maintain an established industry network across Southeast Asia

What You Bring

Strong written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential as you build and support client relationships.
