About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role also requires ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each operation and complying with all company, state, and federal regulations. Key duties include conducting thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and transport refuse, and delivering waste to the designated disposal site. Drivers must interact professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited materials, and clean any spills according to safety policies. Daily responsibilities also involve completing route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports, maintaining vehicle readiness by cleaning the packer blade and truck body, and adhering to productivity standards while participating in the Company’s ReSOP safety program. • Perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues • Safely operate the collection truck along assigned routes, lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities • Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely, professional service • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers and address spills according to safety standards • Complete daily route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports to maintain compliance • Maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body each trip • Adhere to all company, state, and federal safety regulations and participate in the ReSOP program

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities.
