About the Role
The PMO Lead – Real Estate & Strategy role is based on‑site in Bengaluru or Chennai and works six days a week. We seek a leader who will establish and manage the Project Management Office, drive governance and ensure consistent, efficient project delivery while collaborating closely with Real Estate leadership and the Strategy Team. • Establish PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards. • Manage project portfolio including prioritisation, resource planning, and performance tracking. • Monitor project risks, issues, and progress; recommend corrective actions. • Drive process improvements and support capability-building across teams. • Provide regular dashboards and updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Coordinate with the Strategy Team to align projects with organisational objectives.

What You Bring
• 8–10 years of project management experience, including PMO or complex project leadership. • Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred. • Ability to work on-site, 6 days a week.
