About the Role
We are looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our Auckland team. In this position you will work with a dedicated crew to provide operational support on asphalt contracts, ensuring plants are presented, serviced, maintained and operated safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality targets. This is a full‑time, permanent role that may occasionally require overtime or weekend shifts. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold high standards of health and safety and comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies. • Operate, service, and maintain asphalt plants safely and efficiently • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies • Meet productivity and quality targets on asphalt contracts

What You Bring
Key skills and qualifications include a full Class 1 NZ driver’s licence (with WTR beneficial), experience or exposure to civil plant operations, and mechanical knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a commitment to safety, and the capacity to learn computer systems are also essential.
