About the Role
The Field Resource Manager/Construction Superintendent oversees workforce allocation, scheduling, and resource planning for industrial manufacturing construction projects. The role ensures field operations are staffed, materials are available, and project timelines are met while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, working on‑site Monday to Friday. • Develop and maintain workforce schedules for multiple construction sites • Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to meet project demands • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to align resources with milestones • Monitor progress and adjust resource plans to prevent delays or shortages • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; maintain certification records • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and services • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimise cost and quality • Track resource utilization and prepare regular reports for leadership • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 8 years experience in resource management or field operations within industrial manufacturing or construction; defense construction preferred • Strong organisational and analytical abilities; proficiency with MS Project or Primavera • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Familiarity with SOX control responsibilities where applicable • Preferred certifications: PMP and OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety Certification
