About the Role
As a Project Coordinator at JLL you will support a construction project management team to deliver challenging, industry‑changing projects. The role requires forward thinking, initiative to adopt new technologies, and a strong interest in construction projects from start to finish. • Support management components of active construction projects, including attending meetings, recording minutes, reviewing budgets and schedules, and entering progress data. • Create and maintain project schedules, assigning tasks and meeting deadlines. • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and management. • Maintain organized, accurate project documentation such as requirements, reports and progress updates. • Assign tasks, track progress and provide support to ensure timely deliverables. • Support project financials and administration by reviewing budgets, vendor proposals, invoices and ensuring compliance with agreements. • Identify process improvements and best practices to increase project efficiency. • Collaborate with the project management team to produce presentations, budgets, playbooks and other deliverables using project‑management tools. • Participate in a multi‑week intern project culminating in an executive report and leadership presentation. • Engage in one or more group or community activities, possibly off‑site. • Complete technical, safety and operational process training on‑the‑job and virtually.

What You Bring
The internship runs from June 1 2026 to August 7 2026 in Boston, MA. Candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2‑3 years completed in architecture, construction management, engineering or a related field, and must have permanent U.S. work authorization. • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree (2‑3 years completed) in architecture, construction management, engineering or related field. • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent customer service and presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and collaborate across multiple projects to meet deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail‑oriented, organized, creative mindset with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude. • Prior accounting, construction or real‑estate support experience preferred (not required).
