About the Role
In this position you will model 3D structural systems in Revit, draft plans and detailed sections in AutoCAD, and generate construction drawings relied upon by contractors. You will apply thorough knowledge of structural planning, drafting, detailing, and building materials, and work within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate models, detect clashes, and deliver highly coordinated designs. The role reports to a senior structural BIM leader and offers growth opportunities on projects spanning water/wastewater, federal, commercial, telecommunications, healthcare, and higher‑education markets, with no routine travel. • Model 3D structural systems using Revit. • Draft plans and detailed sections in AutoCAD. • Produce construction drawings for contractors. • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate models, detect clashes, and deliver highly coordinated designs.

What You Bring
The role is for a Structural BIM Designer in the Denver, Colorado office, ideal for candidates interested in 3D modeling of building structures and collaborating with professionals across multiple disciplines. The designer will produce high‑level, integrated models and drawings for buildings and other structures. Preferred qualifications include formal Revit training, excellent oral and written communication, a quality‑ and results‑oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and professional interpersonal skills. Candidates should be coachable, have experience in water/wastewater, commercial, industrial, or government facilities, and be able to showcase BIM design work through a portfolio. Familiarity with ACC or BIM360 project creation and management is also valued. Required qualifications are a technical degree or at least three years of related industry experience, proficiency with 3D design software and document‑management tools, competency in Microsoft Office, and experience using 3D coordination tools.
