About the Role
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing requisitions, prioritising urgent hiring needs, and maintaining clear communication with hiring teams. They will collaborate with a recruitment coordinator to post jobs, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records in the ATS. The role also includes extending offers, coordinating references, supporting diversity and inclusion, and adhering to SOX controls where applicable. • Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. • Prioritise urgent requisitions and balance workload effectively. • Schedule intake and recurring recruitment meetings with hiring teams. • Work with the recruitment coordinator to post jobs and schedule interviews. • Review candidate CVs/resumes promptly. • Source and build strong candidate pipelines. • Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process. • Represent and convey the company brand in all communications. • Record screening notes and feedback in the ATS accurately. • Extend and issue job offers independently. • Coordinate reference checks for new hires. • Seek regular feedback from managers to improve recruiting processes. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks and special projects. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities. • Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Recruiter to support its rapidly growing business. The role manages full‑cycle recruitment for all levels and disciplines, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview and guide candidates using an ATS and other recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long‑term candidate relationships are essential. Ideal candidates have at least three years of recruitment experience, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of placing high‑quality candidates. They must demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Proactivity, sound judgement with confidential information, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also required. • Communicate consistently and clearly with hiring managers. • Screen candidates for technical and soft‑skill fit. • Minimum three years of recruiting or sourcing experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. • High emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experienced with applicant tracking systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proactive learner focused on process efficiency.
