About the Role
The technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a variety of plumbing lines, using company‑provided tools, vehicles, and trailers. Effective communication with customers, dispatch, and management, as well as adherence to safety standards, are essential components of the role. • Inspect plumbing systems for blockages and cleanout locations. • Tow trailers and equipment using company vehicles per policy. • Maintain and service jetting equipment for job readiness. • Communicate job status to customers, dispatch, and managers. • Document service calls and vehicle usage accurately. • Follow all safety protocols and safe work practices. • Mentor apprentices/helpers on best practices. • Perform additional plumbing tasks as assigned.

What You Bring
• Operate sewer cameras (experience preferred). • Minimum two years of commercial hydro‑jetting or plumbing experience. • Proficient in English and basic computer/mobile applications. • Hold a valid driver’s license with an insurable record (≤2 points in 5 years). • Pass pre‑employment drug test and background check. • Available for graveyard shift (Tue‑Sat or Sun‑Thu). • Travel across California and other states as needed.
