About the Role
Key responsibilities span safety, sales growth, collaboration, financial accountability, and customer service. The DSSR promotes a strong safety culture, develops and executes sales strategies for digital and automation solutions, and builds and maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities. They also forge long-term customer relationships, analyze pricing, support product launches, and ensure compliance with pricing, discount and business case processes. • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure a safe working environment. • Develop and execute sales strategies for digital and automation solutions. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of digital offering opportunities. • Identify target customers and create structured engagement plans. • Lead automation and digital solution sales initiatives. • Qualify, screen, and categorize customer interactions and opportunities. • Maintain long-term customer relationships and propose solution enhancements. • Analyze pricing structures and recommend appropriate pricing models. • Collaborate with local and global sales teams, factory resources, and sales areas on forecasting and marketing. • Support product launches, customer forums, expos and marketing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with QAR, CAR, discount management and business case approvals. • Manage trials, rentals and pilot programs, overseeing contracts, KPIs and governance. • Drive order intake, invoicing performance and maintain high forecast accuracy. • Deliver high customer satisfaction through value delivery, performance reliability and proactive issue resolution.
