Plan, execute, and promote resort events and activities to enhance guest experiences.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop and execute seasonal strategy for tiered events at the resort. • Inspire and champion social calendar ideas, driving event creation for food & beverage, exercise, and off‑site activities with the Social Committee. • Coordinate with vendors/partners and set clear expectations for applicable departments. • Manage set‑up and tear‑down of events with owner volunteers. • Gather owner/guest feedback and track pre‑ and post‑event P&L, communicating results. • Communicate scheduled activities through in‑person, email, social media, resort website, and other channels. • Market, promote, and advertise events via social media, email, website, and resort print collateral.

What You Bring
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and multiple systems. • High energy, outgoing personality with strong organizational and time‑management skills. • 2–4+ years experience in hospitality, event management, marketing communications, or customer relations. • Preferred experience in membership associations, events, hospitality, sales, relationship management, marketing, food‑beverage operations, customer service, or fundraising.
