What You Bring
All hires must present proof of identity and U.S. work authorization and will be required to pass drug screening, commercial criminal background checks, and a Department of Defense clearance for access to military bases. • Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; college coursework in construction management or engineering is preferred. • Required experience: at least five years as a superintendent and four years of field or trade work, preferably on government, military, or large commercial design‑build projects. • Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS (training can be provided). • Desired qualifications: bilingual Spanish‑English proficiency and LEED GA/AP credential. • Preferred software skills: Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit. • Required computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet applications.

Benefits
