About the Role
The Labor Foreman supervises and coordinates laborers to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. They produce high‑quality work while maintaining productivity, seek continuous improvement, and must understand safety hazards and proper tool usage. The role is performed in plant operations or construction jobsite environments. The foreman’s duties include ensuring work meets quality standards, assisting workers, enforcing company policies and safety regulations, and providing necessary resources. They mentor inexperienced team members and support other craft workers as needed. • Inspect the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met • Assist workers in their duties and resolve problems • Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations • Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, equipment and information is available for the work • Mentor inexperienced team members • Assist other craft workers as needed

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb (occasionally 100 lb), perform repetitive hand/arm motions, and work in various physical positions and environments, including uneven surfaces and adverse weather. Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, and attention to detail are essential for directing teams and maintaining safety. • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb routinely and up to 100 lb occasionally • Capable of climbing and maintaining balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders, and scaffolds • Must work in sedentary to heavy conditions, including confined spaces and adverse weather • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills • Ability to make decisions, stay detail‑oriented, and work amid distractions
