The leader will foster regional collaboration across Australia and New Zealand, mentor staff, and act as a catalyst for change within the Geosciences and Remediation Services division. • Lead and inspire a high‑performing team of 60+ professionals delivering contaminated‑land projects across Victoria, Australia and New Zealand. • Drive technical delivery excellence and strategic business growth for energy, defence, transport and water markets. • Introduce innovative ideas and advanced remediation strategies by leveraging AECOM’s global practice. • Foster regional collaboration and teamwork across Australia and New Zealand, engaging technical leaders and clients. • Mentor and develop staff, promoting a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a relevant tertiary qualification and typically 15 + years of experience in contaminated land and remediation. Proven experience building and growing high‑performing teams, strong commercial and strategic judgement, and deep knowledge of regional markets are essential.
