About the Role

• Perform various manual labor tasks using shovels and hand tools. • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, compacting roller, haul truck, or dozer as needed. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with documentation per company policy. • Perform equipment servicing and maintenance as trained. • Follow all company policies and MSHA/environmental safety regulations. • Maintain an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. • Learn tasks quickly and understand basic safety and work instructions. • Participate in a 401(k) retirement plan.
