About the Role
The role involves overseeing the creation, localization, translation, transcreation, and activation of campaign materials, coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors. You will manage detailed project plans, track timelines, mitigate risks, and monitor performance to guarantee successful market activation. Strong stakeholder communication and budget oversight are essential to keep projects aligned with strategic objectives. • Support and attend all campaign core team meetings. • Manage design and activation of core content assets (articles, social media, email). • Oversee end‑to‑end localization and translation processes for multiple markets. • Coordinate with translation vendors and local partners to ensure cultural relevance. • Lead transcreation reviews with local marketers to adapt content while preserving messaging. • Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors to modify visual and textual elements for each market. • Activate digital assets across platforms in line with campaign schedules and track implementation. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. • Utilize project‑management tools to track tasks and ensure timely execution. • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, managing relationships with vendors and agencies. • Generate purchase orders, monitor costs, and assist with budget management for localization activities. • Work with Digital Marketing Operations to track campaign performance and report insights.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least five years in project management, and have a proven track record handling global campaigns with regional execution. They should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with diverse, geographically distributed teams. Proficiency in project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com) and a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem are required, while a CAPM certification is a plus.
