About the Role
This role is based in our Broomfield, CO location and will provide relocation to those currently residing in the U.S. The Operations Finance Analyst supports our Broomfield Operations Site by managing performance, reporting, and forecasting of operational costs such as manufacturing productivity, labor savings, distribution center expense and CONC. The analyst works with operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and also to the Multi‑Site Plant Finance Manager. Key responsibilities include analyzing production costs, monitoring and controlling budgets, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. The analyst collaborates with plant managers and other operational leaders to develop financial plans, forecast production expenses, and assess the financial impact of manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards. Additional duties involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting capital expenditure projects, and providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision‑making, aligning financial goals with operational objectives.
