About the Role

The operator will collaborate closely with technicians through the Computerized Maintenance Management System to ensure timely issue resolution. • Monitor and control Building Automation and Control Systems using graphical interfaces and Metasys. • Validate equipment and system alarms and generate work orders in the CMMS for technician follow‑up. • Continuously oversee facility systems, conduct shift handover meetings, and complete shift reports in Word/Excel. • Perform minor HVAC maintenance such as filter changes, greasing, and preventative tasks. • Receive calls, dispatch personnel, and troubleshoot issues; also respond to fire‑alarm system alerts.

What You Bring

• Hold an active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance or one active within the past two years. • Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC principles and proficient computer skills. • Possess strong written and verbal communication and work independently as a self‑starter. • Preferred: experience with Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Metasys, and CMMS work‑order creation. • Preferred: hands‑on HVAC mechanical maintenance, BAS systems experience, and fire‑alarm (Honeywell Notifier) familiarity. • Preferred education/certifications: HVAC technical school training, Metasys certification, and relevant fire‑alarm certifications.

The role involves monitoring and operating the building control system in a high‑security command center. The successful candidate will reside in South Korea and will receive a housing and subsistence allowance. Compensation is $45‑$50 per hour, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly living allowance stipend and a car stipend. The position supports a 24/7/365 environment with rotating shifts, and employees are eligible for benefits from day one, including three weeks of paid vacation, sick days, floating holidays, and standard holidays.
