About the Role
The consultant will lead consultancy activities such as lifecycle condition assessments, fire and life‑safety audits, design reviews, and engineering safety audits, working directly with clients to capture requirements and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with the Solution Development Lead. The position involves reviewing designs of electrical and mechanical equipment—including HT yards, transformers, switch boards, power generation and distribution systems, chillers, compressors, DG sets, water‑treatment plants, HVAC, fire and life‑safety systems, and vertical transports—and producing client‑specified audit reports while acting as the electrical engineering subject‑matter expert alongside Engineering Operations and HSE teams. The consultant is expected to ensure 100 % compliance with JLL contractual parameters, coordinate across Solution Development, Engineering Operations, Transactions Management and Project Management, monitor market trends to embed best practices, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; the role may require up to 40 % travel. Success in this role is measured by delivering consultancy within the defined scope, supporting sales, solutions, due diligence, transitions, operations and compliance, expanding service lines while meeting profitability and growth targets. • Conduct lifecycle condition assessments, fire and life‑safety audits, design reviews, and engineering safety audits. • Engage clients to gather requirements and develop bespoke RFP solutions with the FM Consultancy Solution Development Lead. • Review designs of HT yards, transformers, switchboards, power generation/distribution systems, chillers, compressors, DG sets, RO/STP/ETP plants, HVAC, fire & life‑safety systems, and vertical transports. • Prepare audit and consultancy reports in client‑specified formats. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for electrical engineering, collaborating with Engineering Operations and HSE teams. • Drive 100 % compliance with JLL contractual parameters and exceed customer expectations. • Coordinate across Solution Development, Engineering Operations, Transactions Management, and Project Management to link JLL organization with client representatives. • Monitor market trends to ensure industry‑best practices and develop strategic tools/processes for consultancy efficiency. • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, technical personnel, and key management.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical or Production) or equivalent, possess at least eight years of FM or IT service delivery experience, and have deep knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and a wide range of electrical engineering components and standards (NBC, NFPA). Required competencies include leadership, people management, strategic thinking, strong communication, public speaking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience managing P&L, interacting with C‑suite, and using DCIM/MCIM/CMMS tools is essential. • Travel up to 40 % as required. • Hold a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical or Production) or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years experience in FM or IT service delivery with knowledge of MEP systems and building codes (NBC, NFPA). • Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic systems: transformers, LT/HT panels, UPS, STS, switchboards, PA/communication, fire & life safety systems. • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments valued USD 100k‑250k and interact with C‑suite stakeholders. • Experience in P&L management and delivering value propositions to prospect clients. • Familiarity with DCIM/MCIM/CMMS tools and critical engineering environments. • Leadership, people‑management, strategic thinking, communication, public speaking, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
