About the Role
The engineer will influence technical design documentation, lead electrical components of major projects, provide specialised advice on Australian standards, and mentor junior engineers. They will also liaise with internal multidisciplinary stakeholders and engage with clients supported by a Principal Engineer. • Prepare technical design documentation for building services projects across multiple industries. • Lead electrical design and delivery for major projects in health, aviation, defence, education and commercial sectors. • Provide specialised advice on Australian standards and best practice. • Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal stakeholders and support client‑facing activities. • Contribute to project planning, design delivery and risk mitigation. • Apply expertise in lighting, power distribution, earthing and lightning protection. • Maintain or work towards RPEQ/RPEV registration and CPEng qualification. • Participate in continuous learning programs, paid study leave and global career opportunities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical building‑services design experience, a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerCAD, Revit, MS Office and AGI32. Registration as RPEQ/RPEV and progression towards CPEng are supported, alongside strong written and verbal communication and leadership aspirations.
