About the Role
• Advise clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions • Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions • Manage vendor relationships through contracted services • Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the association(s) • Develop RFPs and scopes of work for projects • Support the Board of Directors with action items and to‑do lists • Attend and conduct Board of Director meetings • Deliver 5‑star customer service to the board and residents • Advise and guide the board in decision‑making • Build rapport with clients

What You Bring
