About the Role

• Provide technical leadership for transport planning and traffic engineering projects. • Develop and validate traffic simulations using tools such as SimTraffic, Synchro, VISSIM, and AutoTurn. • Lead project teams in both traditional and alternative delivery modes. • Prepare service proposals, work plans, and technical documentation. • Support implementation of engineering and quality execution processes. • Coach and develop junior engineers and technical staff. • Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). • Minimum of 15 years experience in transport planning and traffic management. • Demonstrated experience with MTMD projects and municipal or contractor engagements. • Proficient in MTQ standards and collaborative problem‑solving approaches. • Fluent in French and English for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
