About the Role
Under general direction, the Facility Operations Lead will coordinate all activities of the operations personnel to ensure timely and cost‑efficient fulfillment of business objectives and quality standards. The role oversees repair or replacement of plant equipment, facilities maintenance, and allocates appropriate resources and time for completing work. It also interprets technical issues to prevent equipment and facilities downtime and proactively addresses maintenance‑related problems. Administrative duties and tool work on work orders are required to maintain shop maintenance metrics, and the candidate must have strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas. • Lead and coordinate Facility Operations personnel to achieve business objectives and quality standards. • Oversee repair, replacement, and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. • Allocate resources and schedule work to ensure timely, cost‑efficient completion. • Diagnose technical issues to prevent downtime and proactively resolve maintenance problems. • Perform administrative duties and complete work orders to maintain shop metrics. • Apply expertise in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas.

The position works the night shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $36.00 per hour, with an additional 15 % shift differential. Final compensation will reflect the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
