About the Role

In this role you will partner closely with senior leaders to bring structure, maintain momentum, and ensure teams are prepared, informed, and set up for success. You will be the operational heartbeat of the Strategy team, keeping high‑impact initiatives moving and providing clarity to complex work. The position is highly cross‑functional, requiring proactive organization and excellent communication. Success will be measured by the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive alignment across the organization. • Design and reinforce operating rhythms and practices to keep the organization running smoothly. • Lead coordination across major strategy workstreams, shaping planning cycles, meeting cadences, and documentation standards. • Serve as the central cross‑functional connector across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, managing dependencies and removing blockers. • Distill complex program statuses, risks, and decisions into clear executive communications and materials. • Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning, tracking progress and coordinating readiness for leadership checkpoints.

What You Bring

Autodesk is redefining how the built environment is designed, delivered, and operated. The Strategy organization plays a central role in setting Autodesk’s long‑term direction and aligning product, marketing, sales, and customer‑facing teams. We are looking for a Program Manager who can work at both strategic altitude and detailed day‑to‑day execution. • 3–5+ years of program management, project coordination, or business operations experience. • Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in technology, AEC, SaaS, or related environments. • Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills. • Ability to collaborate with both strategic leaders and execution teams. • Proficiency with program‑management tools such as Airtable, Miro, etc. • Prior experience with strategy, product, or go‑to‑market teams is a plus. • Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts is helpful but not required. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. • Skilled at managing multiple moving parts and keeping programs running smoothly. • Comfortable navigating different teams and priorities while creating structure and clarity. • Effective communicator who can summarize, translate, and drive action. • Collaborative, approachable, and trusted by leaders and partners.
