About the Role

Reporting to the Americas CFO/COO, the CPO will be accountable for four primary domains: (1) driving a comprehensive global transformation that introduces a new vendor‑management system, modernizes processes, and cultivates a high‑performing team; (2) expanding and optimizing a global supplier network while monetizing third‑party spend through strategic negotiations; (3) designing scalable operating models and category‑management frameworks with clear governance and ownership; and (4) establishing project plans, KPIs, and financial/operational reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability and executive visibility. Within two years, the CPO must deliver a fully deployed global procurement technology suite that boosts process efficiency, data transparency, and user adoption. The role also requires consolidating supplier management across EMEA, APAC, and the US to eliminate fragmentation, close category‑ownership gaps, and elevate supplier performance and client value. Financially, the CPO will target monetization of more than $5 billion in third‑party spend, capturing additional EBITDA via vendor price discounts and innovative procurement strategies, while continuously identifying new spend‑reduction opportunities. Reducing the time to produce granular business‑unit spend analytics will enhance decision‑making and financial reporting. The CPO will assess and develop the procurement talent pool, recognizing top performers, strengthening bench strength through coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong partnerships with service‑line leadership will balance local and regional needs with global frameworks, driving stakeholder satisfaction, improved pricing, risk management, and higher account profitability. • Lead a global procurement transformation, implementing a new vendor‑management system and modernizing processes. • Build and optimize a worldwide supplier network, negotiating vendor price discounts to boost EBITDA. • Design and roll out scalable operating models and category‑management frameworks with clear governance. • Create and track project plans, KPIs, and financial/operational reports for executive leadership. • Achieve full adoption of a global procurement technology suite within two years. • Consolidate supplier management across EMEA, APAC, and the US to reduce fragmentation. • Monetize over $5 billion in third‑party spend through strategic discounts and procurement innovations. • Accelerate business‑unit spend analytics and increase data granularity for better decision‑making. • Assess, coach, and develop procurement talent to strengthen bench strength and performance. • Foster strong partnerships with service‑line leaders to balance local needs with global standards. • Deliver measurable improvements in stakeholder satisfaction, pricing strategies, risk management, and account profitability.
