About the Role

The Client Finance Manager leads the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic financial planning for the client, while delivering management reports to both the client and Cushman & Wakefield corporate office. This role also handles special projects as assigned. Key monthly reporting duties include budgeting, forecasting, reviewing the balance sheet, and producing standard financial reports for the client and corporate. The manager maintains the general ledger for both client and corporate financials. The manager sets finance priorities and initiatives to meet reporting deadlines and goals, takes full ownership of monthly results, operating budgets, and reforecasts, and manages the client rent roll for third‑party landlords. They also approve monthly funding requests for vendor reimbursements and reconcile banking activity daily to ensure working‑capital requirements are met. Building and maintaining the client relationship is essential, especially regarding financial performance and reporting. The manager ensures client visibility by attending annual budget reviews and monthly operating review meetings. They monitor the performance of the financial staff, identify departmental needs, and develop training programs for new and existing accounting personnel. Benefits
