About the Role
The Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) division delivers mission‑critical services to U.S. military and coalition partners worldwide, offering capabilities such as base operations, contingency support, next‑generation asset management, digital logistics, prepositioned stock, and integrated supply chain management. The Project Control Specialist will work within project and functional teams to manage forecasts, controls, cash‑flow reporting, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of contracts. Responsibilities include cost analysis, budgeting, financial controls, and supporting the change‑control process across project levels. • Review project costs by category to develop revenue forecasts, backlog reports, and cash‑flow projections. • Record actual and committed costs and work hours; analyze variances and spending trends. • Coordinate with procurement, material managers, and engineering leads to secure supplies and meet milestone schedules. • Identify and prioritize project actions to ensure timely completion. • Estimate future costs using labor productivity, material price changes, subcontract rates, wage rates, and risk analysis. • Guide budgeting and forecasting for the project portfolio, document risks, and obtain approvals. • Establish financial controls and forecasting techniques to ensure SOX, government, and customer compliance.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field with 3+ years of financial analysis experience. • Demonstrate expertise in project controls concepts, U.S. GAAP, and government contracting fundamentals. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; US citizenship required. • Preferred: experience with Deltek Costpoint, COBRA, COGNOS, Hyperion, Power BI; familiarity with NASA/DOD/FEDSIM reporting; knowledge of Time‑and‑Material contracts and Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
