About the Role
The Aggregates Equipment Operator/Plant Maintenance role involves operating heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and inspections, loading, transporting, and stockpiling materials according to production needs, and following site safety protocols while collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals. • Operate loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently. • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment reliable. • Load, transport, and stockpile aggregates according to production needs. • Adhere to site safety protocols and promptly report any hazards or incidents. • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates safe and effective operation of heavy equipment, strong safety awareness, the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team, a willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks, and basic mechanical aptitude with problem‑solving skills. Successful candidates must pass a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, background check, be eligible to work in the United States, and comply with all company policies. The role is performed in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
