WSP is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Power & Energy Team in a temporary role for a client in Rochester, NY (or Buffalo, NY). The assistant will work closely with business executives, directors, managers, engineers, project managers, and other multi‑discipline team members to facilitate project and business operations. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, strong oral and written communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, a customer‑service “can‑do” attitude, superior organizational accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Additional expectations include technical aptitude with AV and computer equipment, problem‑solving and people skills, and adherence to WSP’s health, safety, and conduct policies.
