About the Role
Responsible for designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk. Serve as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations. Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months. • Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting, including SOX and IPP monitoring. • Act as controllership expert for financial system and ERP implementations. • Propose improvements to methods, procedures, and processes within the function. • Communicate design and coordination services to colleagues and business stakeholders. • Contribute as a project team member, delivering goals within 1‑3 months with rapid results.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of finance experience. Desired characteristics are strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, independence, and strong problem‑solving skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years finance experience). • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. • Work independently and exhibit strong analytical abilities.
