What You Bring
The tradesperson must be proficient in electrical, masonry, and hydraulics. Electrical duties include using a multimeter, working with AC and DC voltage, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, and PLC knowledge is a plus; licensed electricians are encouraged to apply. Masonry duties involve cement work such as forming, pouring, and finishing small concrete pads and using tools like concrete saws, hammer drills, and jackhammers. Basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders is also required. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 pounds, follow OSHA requirements, and present a professional appearance while communicating effectively with customers. Attention to detail is essential for documenting repairs, measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes. The role may require overtime, on‑call availability, overnight travel across the United States, and flexible scheduling. Candidates need a minimum of three years' construction experience, be equipped with basic construction hand tools, and hold an OSHA 10‑hour certification or obtain it within three months of hire (employer‑paid). • Use a multimeter and troubleshoot AC/DC voltage; PLC experience a plus (licensed electricians welcome) • Apply basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders • Mechanically inclined and able to lift 50 lb • Work overtime, on‑call, and overnight travel nationwide as needed • Minimum 3 years construction experience; equipped with basic hand tools • Obtain OSHA 10‑hour certification within 3 months (employer‑paid)
