About the Role

The Client Director role is a high‑visibility, prestigious position focused on expanding market share with our platinum client. The incumbent will lead business development, oversee project delivery, and champion ethical leadership to sustain long‑term partnership. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders. • Drive business development and maintain a strong client pipeline. • Lead bid processes and support delivery teams for technical and commercial robustness. • Oversee commercial performance, risk management, and quality outcomes of client projects. • Promote account leadership and collaborative engagement across the client organization. • Uphold ethical standards, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure compliance. • Increase visibility in the Northwest US market and elevate the firm’s reputation with the client. • Mentor and develop talent, creating a pipeline of strategically minded professionals. • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
