About the Role

The UGE Laborer/Groundman supports the construction team by preparing and cleaning sites, handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution. The role works in a field environment that often requires physical tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in various weather conditions. • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and hazards. • Assist tradesmen to improve efficiency of skilled tasks. • Identify utilities and monitor dig crews to prevent utility strikes. • Clean and maintain equipment. • Restock trucks with supplies, ensuring crews have necessary tools.

What You Bring
