About the Role
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for delivering the highest level of quality and service to customers. Core duties include accurately receiving inventory, moving products, performing cycle counts, and shipping orders in a timely and salable condition. The role also requires safe and efficient operation of lift trucks and other warehouse equipment. Daily activities follow all safety, company, and 6S standards to ensure a clean and secure distribution center. Associates operate equipment safely, report any damage to infrastructure, and complete tasks according to standard work and visual aids. They contribute process suggestions, identify deviations, and actively participate in continuous‑improvement events while supporting miscellaneous tasks assigned by management. • Receive inventory, conduct product movement, perform cycle counts, and ship orders accurately and timely. • Operate lift trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. • Follow safety, company, and 6S standards to maintain a clean and secure work environment. • Report equipment or infrastructure damage promptly for repairs. • Perform assigned tasks using standard work procedures and visual aids. • Suggest and participate in process improvement initiatives. • Identify process deviations and notify supervisors immediately. • Support miscellaneous activities as directed by the manager. • Work up to nine hours per day and apply basic problem‑solving skills.
