About the Role
The Technician 1 role focuses on performing preventive maintenance and repairing equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime. Technicians work with a variety of assets such as aerial work platforms, construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil‑&‑gas equipment. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide tools of trade

What You Bring
The position requires physical effort such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve indoor and outdoor work depending on the job. Reasonable accommodations are available to comply with applicable laws. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
